Overview

DealCalc is operated by Virtual Guruz LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the DealCalc app or website.

What we collect

We may collect your email address, app usage data, saved deal information, and device-level diagnostics needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use collected information to sign you in, save deals, sync subscriptions, improve performance, and support you when issues come up.

Saved deals and reports

If you save deals, the property details, notes, scenario inputs, and report outputs attached to that deal may be stored in our cloud systems so you can reopen them later.

Third-party providers

DealCalc may use third-party services such as Supabase for authentication and storage, RevenueCat and App Store or Google Play billing systems for subscription management, analytics providers for product usage measurement, and crash reporting tools for diagnostics.

Analytics, crash reporting, and payments

We may process usage analytics, crash logs, device diagnostics, and payment status information to improve reliability, understand feature usage, and support billing. Payment processing is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider, and DealCalc does not store full payment card details.

Data retention

We retain account and saved-deal information for as long as it is needed to operate your account or meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

Your choices

You can request account or saved-deal deletion by emailing support@dealcalc.com. Some records may be retained if required for legal or billing reasons.
